1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions govern the legal relationship between the company 4MA concept d.o.o. (hereinafter: the “Seller”) and customers (hereinafter: the “Customer”) in relation to the purchase of products via the website. These Terms form an integral part of every sales contract concluded via the website and are binding on both parties.
The Customer is any natural or legal person who orders and pays for a product via the website. By concluding a contract, the Customer confirms that they are familiar with these Terms and fully accept them.
2. Seller Information
These Terms govern the use of the website www.setastore.com and the purchase of products via the Setastore online shop.

The online store is created and maintained by the Wix.com Ltd. platform, which provides the technical infrastructure for online sales. Wix is not the seller and is not a party to the contractual relationship between the Customer and the Seller. By using the website, the user confirms that they are familiar with and accept these Terms.
3. Subject of the Contract
The subject of the contract is the purchase of products or services via the online store. Product descriptions, prices, and conditions are available on the website and form an integral part of the offer. The Seller reserves the right to change the offer, prices, and conditions at any time without prior notice, except in relation to already concluded contracts.
4. Prices
All prices are expressed in euros (EUR) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery costs are not included in the product price and are calculated separately before completing
the purchase.
The Seller reserves the right to change prices, whereby the applicable price is the one valid at the time of order.
5. Conclusion of the Contract
The purchase process is carried out via the online store:
- selecting products
- adding them to the cart
- entering required information
- selecting the payment method
- confirming the order
The contract is considered concluded at the moment the Customer receives an order confirmation via e-mail.
6. Payment Methods
Payment is possible via:
- credit and debit cards
Payments are processed through external service providers (e.g. Stripe, Wix Payments). Card data is not stored on the Seller’s systems but is processed through secure systems in accordance with PCI DSS standards.
7. Delivery
Delivery is carried out within the areas specified on the website via contracted delivery services. Delivery times are indicative and may depend on product availability and logistical circumstances. The risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the Customer at the moment the goods are handed over to the delivery service, unless the Customer is a consumer, in which case the risk passes upon receipt.
8. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)
A Customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without stating a reason. The Customer must notify the Seller of the withdrawal via e-mail.
In case of withdrawal:
- the Customer bears the return shipping cost
- the Customer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods
- the Seller will issue a refund within 14 days after receiving the returned goods
9. Complaints and Liability for Defects
The Seller is liable for material defects in accordance with applicable laws.
The Customer is obliged to inspect the product upon receipt and notify the Seller without delay of any
defects.
Complaints are submitted via e-mail.
10. Warranty
If a product is covered by a warranty, the warranty conditions will be stated with the product. The warranty does not exclude statutory rights of the Customer.
11. Liability
The Seller is not liable for:
- interruptions in website operation
- errors caused by force majeure
- damage resulting from improper use of products
The Seller’s maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
12. Personal Data Protection
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy available on the website and forms an integral part of these Terms.
13. Intellectual Property
All website content (texts, images, design, logos) is protected by intellectual property rights. Unauthorized use is prohibited without prior written consent.
14. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, the parties will attempt to resolve it amicably.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Zagreb.
16. Final Provisions
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
Changes enter into force upon publication on the website.
